Cancellation Policies

• Haircuts/Hair Styling/Makeup Services require 24 hours notice for cancellation

• Hair Color/Smoothing Treatments require 48 hours notice for cancellation

Appointments cancelled after the required time perimeters may be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s) price, and appointments cancelled day-of or no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s) price. 

Please know that when an appointment is cancelled without sufficient notice, there’s little to no opportunity to fill the formerly reserved time. Please call or text us at (773) 275-7665 to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

We require a card on file to hold your appointment. Don't worry! Your credit card will not be charged until your appointment has been completed.

We allow a 15 minute grace period for clients who are running late. If you arrive later than this timeframe, we may need to apply the cancellation fee and reschedule the appointment so upcoming clients are not kept waiting. 

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know as soon as possible and we will gladly schedule you for a revisit with the same stylist. We want to make sure you love your hair as much as we do!
